What will be provided: Free vaccination.
Pfizer COVID vaccines for ages 12 and up, Dose 1, 2, or booster (5 months after dose 2)
Pfizer Peds COVID vaccines for ages 5 to 11, Dose 1 (or Dose 2 with appropriate documentation of dose 1)
Please consult your doctor if you have any questions about the vaccine.
