We are asking our kindergarten families to complete the registration process using the forms that we have used in the past. All of the forms are available for download on our district website. Packets with the forms are also available for pickup at the Salem Central Office and at Buckeye.
We will call all kindergarten families on Friday, August 7, to schedule a time to come to Buckeye to turn in the forms and the required documents. The days and times we will be scheduling appointments are next Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, from 2:00-6:00. We know some families might not be available during those days and times, so individual appointments can be made.
1. Please print the forms or pick up a registration packet at the Salem Central Office or Buckeye Elementary.
2. Please bring the completed forms and copies of the required documents to your appointment at Buckeye.
