Kindergarten registration for the 2019-2020 school year kicks off on April 9th, 11th and 13! You can register at Buckeye Elementary located at 1200 Buckeye Avenue Salem, OH 44460. To register, parents will need to bring your student’s:
- Birth certificate
- Shot records
- Social Security card
- Proof of residency (a few examples would be a utility bill or mortgage receipt)
- Driver’s license
- Custody papers (if applicable)
Students are welcome to attend registration but are not required to be in attendance.
