ATTENTION!! 
ALL students entering 7th grade must have their Tdap and meningitis immunizations, and ALL high school seniors need a meningitis immunization as well.
Rite Aid in Salem will be offering both on Saturday Sept 3, 2016, between 10am-2pm. Pharmacy insurance cards are needed. Appointments are not necessary, however insurance can be verified by calling the store in advance. If the child is not yet 13, a prescription will be needed from the child’s primary care physician. Vaccination coverage is subject to insurance approval and will be discussed before immunizations are administered.
